Program Details

This is a Yang style class which focuses more on the larger muscle groups with slower, thoughtful and accessible movements, mostly on the ground, combined with gentle stretching. The class also includes breathwork and meditation to help center and calm the mind to facilitate the connection of the mind, breath, body, and spirit. All you need is an open mind, yoga mat, a towel or blanket (to roll for support as needed), and water. To register, visit Randolph Elder Affairs at the RICC or call 781-961-0930 and press option 2. Registration is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
