Purpose of Meeting

I am looking to host an informative and community-focused First-Time Homebuyer Seminar designed to walk attendees through the homebuying journey from building credit to closing on a home. This event is tailored to educate, empower, and encourage individuals and families who are considering homeownership but may feel overwhelmed or unsure of where to start.

Purpose:
The goal of this seminar is to:
Break down the homebuying process in a way that’s accessible and easy to understand
Introduce attendees to the professionals who play key roles in the journey to homeownership
Highlight real-life programs and resources available in our area to help make owning a home more attainable

Guest Experts from Every Stage of the Process:
Credit Repair Specialist – Learn how to strengthen credit and prepare financially
Loan Officer – Understand loan options and get pre-approval insights
Real Estate Attorney – Learn about legal protections, contracts, and closing
Real Estate Agent – Navigate the housing market, showings, and making offers

Attendees will be able to ask questions directly to the experts and gain personalized insight

Guides, checklists, and contact information for all speakers will be provided

Complimentary ice cream will be available for families who bring children or anyone who just loves a good treat!
