Program Description

Program Details

The Spoken Word Poetry for Teens program is a dynamic and engaging creative workshop designed to empower young voices through the art of spoken word. Aimed at teenagers, this program offers a safe and supportive space for participants to explore personal expression, develop writing skills, and build confidence in public speaking. Teens will learn the fundamentals of crafting powerful poems, from brainstorming ideas and structuring verses to performing with passion and authenticity.

Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with peers, receive constructive feedback from experienced mentors, and showcase their work. By the end, teens will have a deeper understanding of the transformative power of poetry and performance, as well as the skills to use their voices to speak on issues that matter to them.

This program is perfect for those interested in creative writing, public speaking, or simply wanting to explore the world of poetry in a fun and interactive environment.
