This program is funded primarily by a grant from the Cultural Council of Randolph, a local agency supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency. 

Co-sponsored by Friends of the Turner Free Library

Peg Doyle, M.Ed., Nutrition and Wellness Coach, Author, and Speaker, will discuss how good health is built on five key habits: nutrition, rest, movement, stress management, and social connection.

This program will help you learn simple ways to eat well, stay active, sleep better, manage stress, and build supportive relationships for a healthier life.
