Please join us for a virtual cooking class with the Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Project (KSCPP) on how to prepare japchae (potato starch noodles with vegetables) with step-by-step instructions via Zoom. Participants will learn about the health benefits of traditional Korean meals and watch a short documentary film on Bangjja, a traditional Korean bronze ware.
