JRI Foster Parent Support Group

Foster Parent Support Group is open to foster parents of any agency. This meeting is facilitated by JRI Foster Care staff, but foster parents from any agency are welcome to attend. The goal of this meeting is to offer a therapeutically-centered platform for foster parents to share resources, discuss challenges, and broaden their network of supports. Group lasts an hour to an hour and a half, based on the needs of the group, and a staff member will be present after the meeting for up to one half hour, if a group member needs to speak privately to discuss a more sensitive matter.
