Program Details

Join us for FREE assistance with the FAFSA! 

 

You should sign up in advance, and speak to Miss Melissa in the Teen Room to pick up your intake forms (or print them out here, fill them out, and bring them with you).  Parents and students should bring the following documents with you to the workshop:

  • FSA ID
  • 2018 Federal Tax return
  • 2018 W-2(s)
  • Social Security numbers
  • Alien Registration Card (non U.S. citizens only)
  • Date of Birth
  • Date of parents marriage/separation/divorce
  • Bank statements
  • Untaxed income (child support, etc.)
  • Investment and Business records
