First Time Home Buyer Seminar

We are interested in conducting a first-time home buyer seminar. Topics to include an introduction to a Mortgage lender that can familiarize first time homebuyers with the Mass Dreams Grant available for down payment assistance, an introduction to a Realtor to assist them with their home search. An introduction to the home buying process including what happens at a home inspection to be presented by an industry leading Home Inspector. And last, an introduction to a Real estate attorney that will speak to the contract aspects from an offer to the closing table. We are inviting Randolph residents who may be interested in learning more about the home buying process and how the Mass Dreams Grant can assist them in meeting their goals.
